BIM consultant is a relatively new term that appeared in construction field these recent years. Many has mistaken BIM consultant as modeler that build 3D in selected software. However, BIM consultant is more than that. To achieve a successful BIM approach in project, BIM consultant is to be around from beginning to end. They have to be present in every event, and collaborate between all parties internally and externally. They are not only managing the models, but also the BIM environment that is the replica of the actual as-built in the future. 

 

We have worked as BIM consultant for varies projects, inclusive of residential, hotel and mixed development. Our scope inclusive of modelling and coordination, to preparation of BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and assist to manage project BIM team. Our role is not only modelling the 3D model from 2D drawings, but also detecting the possible coordination issues based on our experience, as our coordinators have wide construction experience.
